Cooking Instructions for Deep-Fried Dumplings

(Cooking times will vary depending on your specific kitchen appliances. Always monitor your food closely and use a cooking thermometer to check internal temperatures reach at least 165 degrees F.)

 

AIR FRYER as an alternative to deep frying

Spray a light layer of cooking oil on the food. Set temperature to 350F for 5~10 mins based on food quantities.

  • mini Chicken Eggrolls, mini Veggie Eggrolls:  8-10 mins
  • Spinach Chicken Dumpling: 8-10 mins
  • Chicken Curry Samosas: 8-10 mins
  • Fried Shrimp Dumplings: 8-10 mins

Deep Frying Instructions

CHICKEN/VEGGIE EGGROLLS

1. In a small pot, heat up to high temperature (~350F) about 1 inch deep of vegetable oil, enough to cover the eggroll laid flat.
2. Place eggroll gently into hot oil and cook for about 4 minutes or until a golden brown color.
3. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to allow excess oil to soak off. 

雞肉/蔬菜春捲

  1. 1. 在一個小鍋中,放入約1英寸深植物油(足以覆蓋平整的春捲)的高溫加熱至約350 F。

  1. 1.In a small pot, heat up to high temperature (~350F) about 1/2 inch deep of vegetable oil, enough to cover the samosas laid flat.
  2. 2.Place samosas gently into hot oil and cook for about 6 minutes or until a golden brown color.
  3. 3.Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to allow excess oil to soak off.
